It would be really cool if we could meet eachother in real life, particularly as we've been on the boards for so long, but there seem to be a few problems, mainly;
a) as far as I am aware, we all live miles away
b) how are any of us (or, perhaps more to the point, our parents) going to be sure that everyone else is who they say they are (i.e. reasonably sweet and well behaved teenagers) as opposed to paedophiles/seriel killers/aliens?

Yes. It's very sad, but perhaps not horrible. I reckon Mog was based on a real cat, which died. And I suppose the author (what is her name again?) wanted to write a book to help children understand about pets dieing. It is a bit weird how Mog flies off into the sun at the end though!

I meant 'Meg and Mog' though, not Mog. You know - the really simple, completely bonkers stories in very few words in slightly unlikely sentences, about a witch called Meg, a cat called Mog and an owl called Owl. They have strange pictures in bright, primary coulors which seem to be made up of seperate shapes. I used to really like those books!
