What will happen?

Has anyone read these books? What do you think will happen in the final one?
tiggie2o2

probably the guy becoming the hero and Morning Star or whatever her name is finally falling in love with him and wildman being wild ... =S

Gosh, I really cannot remember the names of the people in this!

Except Noble Warriors. And fighting. And an empty room.

Yeah =s

I can't say I enjoyed this series as much as I did WoF though.

Its was just... I don't really know.

WoF will always have the place in my heart that belongs to WN though =D
KestrelHath99

I agree. It didn't capture me, whereas WOF=love!!!!

I haven't yet finished Jango. But I agree Wildamn will probs be wild.

And manly.

I haven't read Jango yet, but I read the first one and it wasn't nearly as good as WOF. Not that that's saying much. But it wasn't as good as lot's of other books either.

For one thing, the end was silly - what was the point of the rest of the book if those warriors sorted it all out anyway? And mixing magic and science is not a good idea. (though blood bombs do sound cool, they don't make any sense)

The really weird thing though, was the way bits of it were the same as WOF books, and even used exactly the same words (particularly in moments of stress). An example that I can remember is that shephard boy being brainwashed by the people underground (talking of which, why are all the baddys so old - the old children, the morah as an old lady, and now these things) and saying 'all that I do, I do for you' just like Ortiz.

I liked the description of the city by the lake - I can still see it in my imagination - but that's rather familliar as well.
KestrelHath99

I know what you mean!!!! I was reading seeker and I was like 'wooooooooah this is sooo obviously WN' I mean, I know it WAS, (HA) but he's really noticable in his writing and phrasing.
delightofamillioneyes

That's exactly what my Dad said. He said it was 'a bit William Nicholsony'
(which since Dad realy liked WOF and 'The trial of True Love', isn't an insult.)
tiggie2o2

Yus. It so was.

Oh well, We'll still probably read them all and then, like, discussing it and analysing it till we do kinda like it.

COLOURS!!!!!!!!!!

=D
KestrelHath99

I dunno. But we will discuss it, but let's face it, we'll ALWAYS relate it back to WOF
delightofamillioneyes

Yes. Probably if we'd read them the other way round (so if we were in the future so it didn't matter what order they were written in), we'd relate WOF back to Seeker!

Any you're right, we will read them all. It is an inescapable fact. Laughing
KestrelHath99

I dunno, WOF is a lot easier to read I think, I believe I would have always preferred it over Seeker!!!!
delightofamillioneyes

Yes, but we'd still think of WOF as being like seeker, instead of vice versa. It's like if you see the film of a book before you read it.
KestrelHath99

Yeeeeeees, but I'm saying I'd read it and go, wow this is much better, yet still a familiar writing style, well done that man!!!!
delightofamillioneyes

hear hear! Or is it here here?
Oh well.
tiggie2o2

best of both worlds = Hear Here!!! =D
delightofamillioneyes

Laughing lol
Or maybe just Bravo!
tiggie2o2

Bravo, Bravo, Bravisima!

That was on a movie I saw once.

Or a hundred times.

Phantom perhaps Lucie?
KestrelHath99

my mum's going to see that tonight!!!! curse her!!!!
delightofamillioneyes

Aw, can't you go too?
KestrelHath99

no she went with her boyfriend, who said he'd get me tickets, but nooooooooooo...apparently 4 times is enough Razz
delightofamillioneyes

Perhaps it is!
KestrelHath99

delightofamillioneyes
